New Meshfire Feature: Email Notifications

When you set up a mission in Meshfire, you and your team members don’t want to miss any tasks! This is why you can now turn on email notifications to notify you and your team members anytime there are new cards in need of your attention. Your time is valuable, and we want to make sure that you don’t miss a single important interaction. Here are a few things to note about the new Email Notifications Feature.
- You can set the frequency to every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 12 hours, 1 Day or 1 Week. Current default is 1 Week but we strongly recommend setting it to Daily. You will get the most benefit out of this feature when you and your team members aren’t letting new tasks lapse, missing out on potentially crucial interactions.
- The Email Notifications are set for each individual mission. If you have multiple missions set up for your account, you will get an email for each mission.
- You can adjust the frequency of these emails as you need. For example, if a mission is around a live launch or event, you’ll want the notifications to be more frequent, as opposed to a longer period. The frequency should also align with when uncompleted tasks expire. If your tasks expire after 2 days, then your email notifications should be set to Daily.
