[SEATTLE, WA] — January 21, 2016 – Meshfire announced today that it has been named Runner Up of the Best AI Startup of 2015 in the Global Annual Achievement Awards for Artificial Intelligence. The award for best AI startup is given to companies developing AI or ML related product or service, either to consumer or business users, around the globe. There’s a total of ten categories of awards, including the Award for Best Consumer Application of AI, the Award for AI Person of the Year, and more. Congratulations to all of the nominees and winners, including Cortical, who won the award for best AI Startup.

Amie Simon, Social Media & Promotions Producer at the EMP Museum in Seattle, describes Meshfire as her “social BFF.” Simon continues to praise Meshfire: “Without [Meshfire], my job would be infinitely harder. It’s AI is amazing at finding tweets relevant to our EMP Museum audience, showing me people we should be following, and also rocks the Twitter search harder than I ever could on my own.”

The Meshfire team is excited about the future of AI and social media. “We’re thrilled about this award and the recognition of the value of AI to connect brands with their audiences on social media,” commented Eli Israel, CEO of Meshfire. CMO Amber Osborne added, “we believe the future of social media will include the use of AI to further conversations and strengthen human relationships.”
